The item came a little damaged several times

Great value for money. Definitely needs a bit of extra work - unused hole plugs are not attractive and need to have holes in the benchtop to fit, so had to make my own 3mm flush inserts in black, plumbing attachments don't work in Australia so had to get my own, few small dents in the basin and the edge was not straight and had to bend it to be mounted flush with no gap, no fittings to secure the basin to the benchtop so silicone used may not hold over time.
