Why is everything that I buy like this is freaking TINY!?!?

The Mirror Sign on its own looks as described. I want to give it a 5 stars yet I didn’t pay for a defect product. Not sure if this mirror was crushed during shipping but the cracks are pretty obvious….i don’t think there is any exchange or refund…so I could only give it a 3 stars unless I could get exchanged or refund
