nice units still gotta figure everything out but they are compact with good range, they have a certain cool factor!

Very nice communication radio for the price. Have only completed a short range of commo checks and these worked perfectly. Will try longer commo radio performance once I have the opportunity to be up in the foothills overlooking the Central Valley. Have friends that are also military vets spread throughout the Valley. Organizing a long range radio commo performance and evaluation of the operational transmissions and relay abilities for nearly a 100 mile distance test.

Awesome! Nearly had a heart attack when I reset the unit and the default language was set to Chinese. Took a minute to figure out how to get the two to communicate. The manual was a life saver. Easy peasy!
