this pillow is amazing!! it came as pictured in a vacuum sealed bag… DO NOT CUT THE BAG! IT IS RESEALABLE! the picture of the pillow itself is how much it fluffed up after immediately opening however the directions say you should allow it 24-48 hours to fully fluff
