At first I was a bit confused because it seemed too dry to do anything. It was all my mistake though, I read the directions on the back and the #1 thing is to dampen the eyebrow brush first. I should’ve known seeing as it is eyebrow “soap”. Once I figured out how to apply it correctly I soon noticed it’s a great product! It has a super strong hold & smells so good! 10/10 recommend!
