This is great! Exactly what I expected. We did have an issue with the wrong part being included in the package, so I contacted the store customer service via chat and they sent out the correct pieces super fast! I was shocked in a good way. Got it set up today, the instructions have minimal words but the diagrams and number systems made it easy enough to follow. Definitely a 2+ person job. It started raining right after and I was so happy that all of my patio furniture stayed dry. I can’t speak on longevity yet, but it seems just as sturdy and similar items bought from big box stores here locally, but for a better price. Even came with concrete mounting brackets. Can’t wait to hang lights inside and really enjoy it. Thank you!

ALOT to talk about this product. first whoever delivered it threw it on our front lawn I guess it was too heavy to bring it to our porch. Then the directions were never completely understandable. We have taken so many parts off and on over and over because the directions were not clear. The directions that came with the Gazebo were for a 20x12 but this one ended up being a 20x10 Gazebo which we had to measure all over again several times. If I could have sent this back, I would have but once you take it out of the box and start putting it together you might as well forget it. So, we have struggled and struggled with this Gazebo for over 2 weeks now. When we get it right, I know I will like it, because I wanted a real big Gazebo, but oh my God what a pain it has been. Also we just had a rain storm not too bad but enough to let us know the top of the gazebo is week and has drooped in, which means we are going to have to figure something out to keep it from doing that each time it rains.. The very very top has no way to tie down to the top of the Gazebo, so when the wind blows the rain comes right in . Not sure if I can even rate this Gazebo right now. I don't feel it is worth what they have charged me.
